Effective Writing Tips Part I :)

I would like to share some of my tips in writing and I want you to learn from it.
Sometimes you can reduce your writing time, improve clarity and achieve your-objective whether to inform, clarity, and achieve your-by following my five key steps.

1. Consider your Readers for a proper Approach. Decide how your readers will use your document and narrow your message to suit their interests. Choose details to be included on the basis of the reader’s experience, biases, uses and knowledge of your subject.

2. Anticipate special Reader Reactions. If you think your readers will be skeptical because of the data you cite or the policies you advocate, or if you foresee a personality or situational problem in the reader’s accepting message, anticipate those reactions, and plan to minimize or overcome them by selecting the appropriate details and tone. Usually this consideration means refuting alternatives and supporting your conclusions with additional evidence and authority.

3. Outline your message functionality in the MADE Format. think before you write. Summarize your entire messagein two or three sentences at most (M=Message). State what action your reader needs to take or what action you plan to take (A=Action). Answer the who, when, where, why, how, and how much details (D=details). Next, mention any optional enclosures or attachments you’re sending to make the message or action more authorative or clearer (E=Evidence).

4. Develop the draft quickly. Follow your plan, compose the letter or report or proposal in one sitting if at all possible. The faster speed will improve the tone and give you momentum in capturing your ideas. As you develop the first draft, do not stop to edit and polish grammar, instead concentrate on the logical flow of ideas.

5. Edit for Content, Layout, Grammar, Clarity Conciseness and Style. for a well-written final document.

Christmas Party ‘09

Its our CHRISTMAS PARTY! yey!

Its been a year ago since I had my last christmas party I’ve been longing for one and I still can’t believe it already happened. I love my Friends & Professors at Informatics Marikina they’re so nice.
Everyone told me that Informatics is not a Good school, because some of them are studying in big Universities and Colleges now (like what i had before.) But to prove them so wrong Informatics is an EXCELLENT school for ME (don’t react if you don’t know how to read bold capitalizations!) I’m now well improved with my programming abilities that will help me find a better job.

Especially thanks to my Friends Ate Ver, Ronnie, John, Michael, Kevin, Edwin, Ronald, Charly & Jas (both not enrolled this sem, . ) for the FRIENDSHIP and COURAGE!

P.S. :
Studying is still up to the STUDENT if he/she will pursue into it thus it is not in the SCHOOL where you came from.

The IT Student 2010 Planner!

 whew! it’s been a week since i started to design my own 2010 planner. it has great designs both for student and professionals. It will be published this 4th week of december so watch for the grand launch. *I’m so excited*.  i’ll post the cover and some sneak peek of my designs. weeeee!

Home Coming.

Now the 2nd Semester has ended and turned out that i didn’t really enjoy school life, my family has always an affair at home, including the homing coming of my Aunt and Cousin from other country, we went to different places this past weekend like tagaytay highlands and subic bay and bringing my cousin to Enchanted Kingdom (EK) at Sta. Rosa Laguna for enjoyment. Gladly he liked it so much, he said “Ate I’ll be coming back here in the philippines for this place again thanks for bringing me here. i love you so much.” so touching that he appreciate all the preparation i’ve made for them especially for him. Although a short time passes by still another 5 years or more that i’ll be waiting for him to be back here. 

Sadly, I need to work hard again so i can earn money for him and treat him again when he’s back.

P.S. Thanks for the MEMOIRS Cousin I really miss you so bad.

My answer to all your Queries.

First, i have to explain why i putted the hottest gadgets on my BLOG it’s just because i want you guys to know about it so you know what’s in and what’s hot in the country today, many comments on my post that they need the pricelist of the gadgets sorry but i can’t do that though i have my own online shop but i don’t sell gadgets. Plus, I can add hot gadgets and their infos for you, but please be patient this is my Personal Blog I can post anytime and everytime i want, they’d been alot of abusive request comments in that post so i have to delete them all for my Blog’s name and for me.

I posted about this, for you to understand my side so please do not be rude and selfish to me, I’m a blogger in this blog and not a Seller, I can be nice to everyone but please take the Limit.
